HAND LEVER MANUAL TANK BOTTOM BALL VALVE, TRI-CLAMP ENDS -（TBV-3）

TBV-3 series is a Manual Sanitary Tank Bottom Valve, it is assembled at the bottom of tank, and widely used in diary, food-processing, beverage, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. TVB-3 operates manually, valve seat opens towards inside of tank, it avoids unexpected opening when pipeline is over pressured.

• Sizes available: 1 1/2″ to 3″ (DN40-DN80)
• End connection: butt-welded, sanitary tri-clamp
• Body & Disc: AISI 304 or 316L
• Seat: EPDM, Viton (FPM), FDA
• Max. working pressure: 145psi (10bar)
• Temperature range: 14°F ~ 248°F (-10°C ~ 120°C)
• Surface treatment: Ra 16 ~ 32µin (0.4 ~ 0.8µm), Ra 32µin as default
