SANITARY MANUAL TANK BOTTOM BALL VALVE, TRI-CLAMP ENDS -（TBV-1）
TBV-1 series manual type tank bottom ball valve. The ball valve is specially designed for pressure vessels and tanks for emptying and draining. Fully PTFE encapsulated ball core and self-sealing compensation design promise high pressure, high temperature resistance, small torque and long service life. It meets CIP / SIP cleaning and sterilization, ideal for most sanitary systems like biopharmaceutical service, food and beverage, dairy, chemical, etc.

- Sizes available: 1″ to 4″, DN25 to DN100
- End connection: Tank Bottom
- Body & Disc: AISI 304 or 316L, (EN1.4301/EN1.4404)
- Seat: Encapsulated Teflon (PTFE)
- Max. working pressure: 145psi (10bar)
- Temperature range: 14°F ~ 248°F (-10°C ~ 120°C) as default, higher available upon request.
